In the afternoon, after lunch at Capers Kiulap, Mr Makoto Ito Shihan visited The Royal Regalia in Bandar Seri Begawan. Photo opportunity.
Makoto Ito Shihan today conducted two sessions, one in the morning and another in the evening.
The morning session was intense training since all of the participants that attended were black belts. In the end all drenched in sweat. The theme so far are stability of the centre, footwork and connection. The very essential core of Aikido. Yesterday we were joined by one Malaysian Aikidoka Abd Hamid Shodan and today another Mr Yusof 3rd Dan. Welcome both. The evening session saw the participant all the way from Bulgaria, Mr Ivo. We hope you get to enjoy the Seminar and Brunei. Looking forward to the session. 16 days in countdown. Brunei is so looking forward to this upcoming seminar.
